Through this pre-apprenticeship program, Donathan is gaining hands-on experience and real-world exposure to the construction industry under the guidance of industry professionals. This opportunity serves as a key stepping stone in building practical skills and exploring career pathways in site management and residential construction.
Upon successful completion of the short-term pre-apprenticeship, Donathan may have the opportunity to transition into a full registered apprenticeship with Habitat for Humanity of the 乐播传媒视频, opening doors to continued professional training, mentorship and long-term employment opportunities.
